In 2017, Benjamin and Hailey found success in sourcing and managing a series of Serviced Accommodation Properties. They decided to take things a step further by managing the properties themselves, rather than passing them on to investors. As they did so, other operators took notice and asked for their help in managing additional properties.
This led to an exciting expansion for Benley, prompting Benjamin and Hailey to quit their jobs and commit fully to their growing business. They also chose to relocate to Leeds to be closer to extended family and raise their young children.
As their serviced accommodation business flourished, so did the need for reliable cleaning staff and Benley Cleaning was established to meet this demand in the same year.
While the serviced accommodation business had to close its doors in March 2020, Benley Cleaning continues to thrive and expand workign closely with esate agents, landlords, and property management companies across the UK.
Today, Benley Property continues to specialise in sourcing, managing, and selling investment properties for clients.
It is a testament to the dedication and hard work of its founders, who started the business as a part-time venture and turned it into a successful full-time career.
